Pre-packaged, prewashed broccoli slaw.

Dressing:
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
½ tsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice (or both, depending on your taste)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper (or to taste)

Directions:

Put entire bag of broccoli slaw in a large bowl.
Combine dressing in a small bowl and whisk.
Pour over broccoli slaw and stir to combine.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

If you want to make your own broccoli slaw, just grate broccoli stems, carrots and thinly sliced purple cabbage. I use the prepackaged broccoli slaw for a time saver. And, if you like a good Dijon mustard dressing this is it! It leaves a nice tangy taste in your mouth. If you don't like it so spicy (like me!) then just add half the amount of Dijon mustard, or you can add regular yellow mustard.
