1 lb. bulk sausage or bacon, browned and drained
6 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups half & half
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray
Evenly distribute the well drained sausage or bacon into muffin tin
Mix eggs, Bisquick, half & half, salt and pepper together in separate bowl
Pour liquid mixture evenly over sausage or bacon
Top with grated Cheese
Bake for 25 minutes
Makes 24
