Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Light Karo Syrup
1 Cup White Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp . Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350º for one hour or until puffed over the top (like pumpkin pie).
I also cover the crust with foil for 30 minutes. Keeps it from getting too brown.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a pie I remember having at the McKee family house. It is remembered as our dad's pie. Not sure if he would make it, or maybe his favorite.

NOTE FROM LK: This was John's pie recipe that he gave to Doris. She won the State Pillsbury Bake Off Contest with it.
