4 Cups Macaroni, cooked
1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, cubed
1-1/2 cups Jack cheese, cubed
2 T butter, melted
1 tsp Salt, seasoned
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups Milk (Soymilk)
2 cups bread crumbs (Panko)

Directions:

01 Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a 9"x13" baking dish

02 Combine macaroni, cheese, butter, salt and pepper and pour into the prepared baking dish.

03 Combine eggs and milk and pour over the macaroni; evenly sprinkle with Panko crumbs.

04 Bake for 40 minutes until crust is browned. Serve.
