4 c all-purpose flour
1¾ c shortening
1 T sugar
2 tsp salt
1 T white vinegar
1 egg
½ c water

Directions:
Directions:

In large bowl cut together flour, shorthening, sugar and salt.

In smal bowl beat together vinegar, egg and water. Combine with dry ingredients.

Mold into a ball. Seperate into 3 equal pieces, roll into balls, flatten. Wrap individually.

Chill in refridgerator for 1 hour before rolling out.

May be refridgerated for 3 days or frozen.

Roll pie crust out in between wax paper. Chill for 15 minutes before placing in pie plate.
