½ cup softened butter
1 ¼ cups sugar + 3 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup milk
2 cups blueberries, washed, drained and picked over

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream together butter and 1 1/4 cup sugar, and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat until blended. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Add flour mixture, alternating with milk, and blend, scraping sides occasionally. Crush one-half cup of blueberries and add to mixture, blending well. Fold in remaining blueberries. Fill paper lined cups and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 20 minutes or until browned.
