3½ c milk
2 pkg. french vanilla instant pudding
8 or 12 oz. cool whip
1 lb. graham crackers


Line 13 X 9 pan with graham crackers. Top with ⅓ of pudding mixture. Repeat-4 layers crackers, 3 layers mixture.

Topping:
4oz. choc chips
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. butter
2 T. Karo or corn syrup
1 ½ powdered sugar

Mix in pot over low heat. Pour over torte. Refrigerate
