1 unbaked 9-inch pastry pie shell
2 cups (16 ounce can) canned pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspooon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie shell in a pie pan. In a bowl, blend together remaining ingredients. Pour into shell.

Bake at 375 ºF for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a rack. Refrigerate at least one hour.
