2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
½ c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (10.25 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
½ c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray an 11"X14" baking dish with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients, place in prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
