12 c. sliced apples leaving the peel on (I use Granny Smith)
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1½ c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
¾ c. salted butter melted
½ c. apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Put sliced apples in crock pot. Put cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar and cornstarch in a medium bowl, mix thoroughly. Sprinkle spice mixture over apples. Pour apple juice and melted butter over the top. Stir until everything is coated. Cook on high 3-4 hours or until apples are fork tender and sauce has thickened. Do not over cook. Serve warm or cold.
