8 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. butter
5-6 c. cauliflower florets
6-7 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ c. milk
½-¾ c. Romano/Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in butter in a large nonstick skillet over low heat. Cook several minutes until garlic is soft but not browned. Remove from heat. Bring broth to a boil in large pot. Add cauliflower and cook covered 7-10 minutes or until fork tender. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cauliflower to a blender, add 1c. broth, garlic, butter, salt, pepper and milk. Blend or puree for several minutes until the sauce is very smooth, adding more broth depending on how thick you want the sauce. Add cheese and pulse to incorporate.
