1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups flour

FILLING
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans

GLAZE
2 cups powdered sugar, buttermilk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla (just add small amount of buttermilk until you get a glaze and is easy to pour.

Mix together oil, buttermilk and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla stir in salt, baking soda and flour.


Preparing filling: Combine brown sugar cinnamon and pecans in bowl. Butter bundt pan with cooking spray and pour in half the batter. Sprinkle filling mixture; continue with rest of cake mixture on top. Once the cake is cool drizzle the glaze over cake.


Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Very moist cake
