4 c. elbow macaroni
3 whole roasted red peppers, chopped
c. black olives chopped fine (I omit this since I don't care for olives)
3 whole green onions sliced (white and green part)
6 whole sweet and spicy pickle spears diced ( c.)
c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
tsp salt (more to taste)
fresh ground pepper to taste
c. milk
splash of pickle juice to taste.

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and rinse under cold water - set aside. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Splash enough milk in to make it pour-able. Add pickle juice to taste. Dressing will thicken when chilled. Put macaroni in a bowl with of the dressing. Toss. Stir in pepper, pickles, onions, and olives. Add more dressing as needed. Chill at least 2 hours.
