3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary chopped or 1 Tsp. Dried
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Lb. Red Skinned Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 425 °
2. Melt Butter in 9x12" Pan in Oven.
3. Wash Potatoes well - Do Not Peel, Cut into 1/4" pieces.
4. Combine Rosemary, Salt, Pepper & Potatoes with Melted Butter, toss to coat potatoes.
5. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crust is brown.
