1 16 oz. package jumbo pasta shells
4 c. ricotta cheese
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 26 oz. jar pasta sauce
c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells according to package direction. Drain and place in cold water to stop the cooking process. When cool, drain. Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, c. Parmesan cheese, eggs and garlic powder. Rub the dried herbs between the palms of your hands to pulverize. Stir herbs into cheese mixture. Stuff shells or peppers with cheese mixture. Spread ⅓ of the sauce in the bottom of a 15"X10" baking pan. Place shells open side up and close together in pan.Spread remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining c. Parmesan cheese. Bake shells at 350 for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
