Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. butter
¼ c. packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 c. mixed berried (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries - whatever you have)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over moderate heat, Stir in brown sugar and lemon juice. Stir until sugar in dissolved. Add berries and cook, tossing gently (trying to keep most of the berries from breaking up). Cook until warm and juices begin to be released 2-3 minutes, Serve warm or at room temperature.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is very good served over almond pound cake. A simple way to make an almond pound cake is to use a box of pound cake mix. Follow the directions on the box except reduce the amount of water called for by an ounce then add an entire 1 oz. bottle of almond extract in it's place.
