1 small head Romaine lettuce
1 lb. ground beef
1 package dry taco seasoning mix(2T.)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese(8 oz.)
1small can sliced black olives
4 green onions, diced
3 large tomatoes, diced
Salsa and or salad dressing of choice
Taco chips for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In 10 inch skillet, brown beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and cook
according to package directions. Chop lettuce in bite size pieces and divide
into 4 large individual salad bowls. Layer rest of ingredients on top of
lettuce as listed on the recipe. Serve with salsa, Guacamole and or
dressing of choice. Makes 4 large salads.
