6 large potatoes, peeled, diced, cooked, drained and cooled
6 green onions, chopped
4 large dill pickles, diced
4 eggs, hard boiled, diced
4 celery stalks, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 T. yellow mustard
˝ tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
In large serving bowl, combine potatoes, onions, celery, pickles and eggs. Mix mustard and sugar with the mayo. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir mayo mixture into the potato mixture and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top of salad with paprika. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
