In a food prepossess blend water, Salt and Garlic to minced and combine. Then add the lemon juice and blend. Do not stop and began to pour the oil gradually very slow and steady, Or its not going to work or turn Creamy. its very impotent .
Stop blending when you see it turn creamy and stiff .
Keep it in the Fridge

1 cup mayonnaise .
2 clove garlic minced very fin
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
mix very well and chill to be ready to serve .
