6 - 8 Eggs
1 Green Onion, white and green parts chopped
4 oz Smoked Salmon, sliced in strips
1 T Margarine
3 oz Cream Cheese, cut in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well and stir in half of onion and all of salmon. Melt Margarine in large skillet. Pour egg mixture into skillet and stir frequently with a spatula until eggs begin to set but are still quite moist.

Scatter cream cheese over eggs and continue to cook, stirring often, until eggs are set as liked.

Garnish with remaining onion.
