1 T Sugar
1½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Salt
¾ c Eggnog
1 Egg
2 T Butter, melted
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Whisk together the wet ingredients in a small bowl. Add the eggnog mixture to the four mixture, stirring just until the flour mixture is moistened.

Brush a griddle with oil. Using a scant ¼ cup for each pancake, pour the batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles begin to appear and the edges of the pancakes are dry, about 2 minutes. Turn the pancakes over and cook until lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes longer.
