4 eggs
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
¼ tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 c. milk
biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil eggs. Rinse in cold water, crack, peel and chop. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Cook over medium to low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and add chopped eggs.

Serve over your favorite biscuits.
