8 Cups Potatoes - Cubed



Cream Sauce
3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 Cups Milk - add more if needed

Directions:
Directions:
To Make White Sauce
Melt Butter in a skillet, over medium heat. Whisk in flour, then add milk. Cook until thickened, stirring often.

Place potatoes in a 2 quart dish (spray with pam), salt and pepper, grated cheddar cheese and seasoned bread crumbs.

1. Pour white sauce over the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
2. Cover the top with grated Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
3. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. It should be golden brown on top and bubbling.

I parboil the potatoes so it needs less baking time. I have also mixed cheese in the potatoes as well as on top.
