1 pkg. dry yeast
about 1/2 cup warm water
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. course black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
extra virgin olive oil for brushing

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl
Make a well in the center and add yeast mixture and oil.
Blend together and gradually incorporaate into flour. The dough will be stiff.
Knead 10 minutes
Placed in greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 375
Break off small pieces of dough and roll into ropes about 6 inches long.
Place on baking sheet and let rise for 10 minutes.
Brush with extra virgin oil and bake about 12/15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack.
