1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
4 teaspoons milk
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all cookie ingredients except flour. Gradually add flour, blending well. Roll dough into a ball and chill for at least one hour. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters and bake at 365º for 8 minutes on an ungreased baking sheet. For icing, mix first 3 ingredients and add food color to reach desired color. Brush onto cooled cookies and allow icing to harden before stacking cookies.
