Twenty flour tortillas

Filling:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 tbsp. chopped pimientos
1 tsp.garlic salt
1 tbsp. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the ingredients for the filling. Spread 1½ to 2 tbsp. of the filling on each of the tortillas. Roll up tightly like a jelly roll. Chill several hours. Using a serrated knife, slice each tortilla into pinwheels (¼" to ½" thick). Each tortilla makes approximately 10 pinwheels.
