1 box oven ready lasagna noodles (curly edges)
1/2 lb browned ground beef
1 jar traditional spaghetti sauce or marinara
16 oz small curd cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
Wild Tree spaghetti sauce
1 Tbs onion powder
1 Tbs garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Brown ground beef. Drain and return to pan. Add Wild Tree spaghetti seasoning to the beef..Cook for 2 minutes then add spaghetti sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, all the parmesan cheese, chopped spinach., onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.

3. In a large casserole dish, layer spaghetti sauce, noodles, and cottage cheese mix. Create 2 1/2 layers finishing with cottage cheese and spaghetti sauce.

4. Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. (if refrigerated over night, cook for 65 minutes.) Until cheese on top starts to brown.

6. Let lasagna rest for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Use an extra cup of spaghetti sauce if your casserole dish is large enough to not spill over while cooking. Keep spaghetti sauce simple.

For best results, let lasagna completely cool and then reheat to serve. This will keep it from falling apart when serving.
