1 Lb. Hamburger
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Cornstarch
2 Cups Beef or Chicken Broth
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Sage

Directions:
Directions:

Brown hamburger and onions in skillet, drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cornstarch to broth to make medium thick gravy, stir into hamburger mixture. Add Sage, add more cornstarch to thicken if you need to, or more broth to thin to your taste.

Enjoy over some mashed potatoes!
