2 Cans Mexicorn ( drained)
1 jar pimento
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 Cup Mayonnaise
Jalepeno peppers to taste, maybe 3 or 4
12 ounce cheddar cheese shredded
1 teaspoon Accent
1 Tablespoon garlic powder

Directions:

Mix all together. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with Scoops. I have been known to leave out the jalepeno peppers since I do not like hot dishes.
