One cup chopped ripe mango
1 cup quartered strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries

Dressing:
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. grated ginger (I use grated ginger in the tube)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

This dressing is also good on other fruit: grapes, nectarines. It is especially good on watermelon.
