1 tsp vegetable oil
1 lb turkey kielbasa sausage
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter melted
1/4 cup of your favorite mustard
1 cup chicken broth
2 lb head of cabbage, chopped or purchased chopped cabbage

In a nonstick skillet with a cover, heat the oil on medium high heat. Cut the sausage into four equal parts and prick the pieces several times with a fork. Cook the sausages in the oil, turning frequently, to brown and cook through. In the mean time, in a small bowl, stir the mustard into the melted butter, mix well, and set aside. Add the chicken broth to the sausage in the skillet and spread the chopped cabbage over the top of the sausage. Cover the skillet and steam the cabbage until tender.
Stir well and place one sausage and 1/4 of the cabbage on each of four plates. Drizzle the mustard sauce on each serving. Serve immediately.
