1 lb. ground beef
1 T. salad oil
¼ c. chopped onion
½ t. garlic powder
¼ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
¾ t. salt
dash pepper, oregano, nutmeg
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in oil and drain.
Add onions, garlic and mushrooms.
Mix and cook 5 minutes.
Add seasoning and spinach (cooked and drained).
Cook 5 minutes.
Add eggs and stir well.
Cook over low heat until eggs have cooked into the mixture.
