Beef Roast (Arm, Chuck.... whatever you want)
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mix
1 Packet Au Jus Gravy Dry Mix
1/2 to 1 stick Butter
pepperoncini peppers (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place thawed Roast in Crock Pot/Slow Cooker
Sprinkle Dry Ranch Mix and Dry Au jus Gravy Mix over Roast.
If desired, arrange 6-8 pepperoncini peppers around the Roast. (I don't use them)
Lay Butter on top and cover with lid. (I use 1/2 stick)
Cook on Low for 8 hrs.
