2½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shortening
1½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 oz. package of Chocolate Chips


Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Cream shortening and brown sugar together. Add the eggs, water and vanilla and continue mixing. Add the flour mixture and mix just until incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips and mix together well.



Layer cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a scoop or two spoons scoop out dough onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes
