Personal Notes:
This recipe came from a Bed and Breakfast we stayed in in Ithaca, New York. We were there for Chris
and also Holly Plummer's college graduations from Cornell University. It was a lovely time to celebrate these dear friends. This is a delicious and different dish to serve for breakfast, a brunch or even dinner on occasion. Delicious!
