2 qt Water
½ large Lemon, sliced
2½ lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 c Vegetable Oil
1 T Hot Sauce
1½ tsp Olive Oil
1½ tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Fresh Parsley
¾ tsp Salt
¾ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
¾ tsp Dried Basil
¾ tsp Dried Oregano
¾ tsp Dried Thyme

Cocktail Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and lemon to a boil. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water; drain again.

Combine vegetable oil and next 9 ingredients. Pour over shrimp and toss to coat.

Refrigerate in a tightly covered container up to 8 hours.

To serve: Drain shrimp and arrange in a large bowl lined with lettuce leaves.

May be served with cocktail sauce.
