2 Cups fresh cranberries
1 Cup chopped pecans or walnuts
¾ Cup Sugar
1- 8oz. can crushed pineapple ( I use a 16 oz. can of pineapple)
2- 3oz. packages of raspberry or cherry Jello
1 Cup boiling water
½ Cup cold water

Directions:

Mix chopped cleaned cranberries and nuts in a food processor. Process ingredients into small chunks. Combine cranberries, sugar and crushed pineapple in a bowl. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in the cold water. Add the cranberry mixture to the Jello and pour into a lightly oiled 6 cup mold or into individual molds. Chill

This is something I quite often served for a Christmas dinner. It is festive in color and adds a sweet, tart flavor to a turkey or ham dinner. Happy holidays to all with love from Mom.
