1 pound hamburger
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
5-6 Tablespoons water
Directions:
Directions:
Place hamburger in mixing bowl. Add crumbs, cheese, salt, eggs, parsley, garlic, and 3 Tablespoons of water and mix well. Shape into balls and fry on both sides in hot shortening. Take meatballs out of pan add to spaghetti sauce and simmer for 1 hour.
