¼ cup corn starch
¼ cup cold water
6 oz pineapple juice(I used apple juice)
6 oz water
½ cup brown sugar packed
½ cup white sugar
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup ketchup
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:

In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup corn starch and ¼ cup water until combined. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, over medium high heat, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk to combine. Bring sauce to a boil, cook for one minute. Add corn starch mixture and cook until thick and shiny, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside until ready to use.
