2 cucumbers
1/2 carrot, grated or in peels
3/4 tbs salt
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1/8 tsp MSG (Accent)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash cucumbers; peel partially leaving green strips in sections. Score with fork.
2. Slice cukes thinly, add grated carrots (or carrot strips); sprinkle with salt. Leave for one hour or more; drain.
3. Mix rest of ingredients in separate bowl and add drained cucumber. Mix well and store in jar.
4. Refrigerate; keeps well.
