3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter
Take time to add milk, then add eggs one at a time and whisk until fluffy. Then add vanilla and butter

Filling:2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
5 Tablespoons milk
vanilla to taste

Line 9" x 13" pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350*. In bowl whisk flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add milk, eggs and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Slowly add the melted butter, and whisk until everything is smooth. Spread batter in pan. Set aside. In medium bowl, beat butter with mixer until creamy. Add sugar, flour, and cinnamon and beat until fluffy two minutes. It will look crumbly at first but will come together. Spread filling on top of cake leaving one inch to edge of pan. Swirl gently with knife. Bake cake 28-32 minutes. I baked 45 minutes. Cool cake for 15 minutes. Pour glaze over top of cake.
