3 PC pita bread cut to cubes and fry it.
1 lb yogurt
2 tsp minced garlic
1 lemon juice
1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
Cup water
1/4 cup sliced almond or pin nuts
1/4 cup olive oil or butter
1 tsp cumin
2 tbs parsley chopped
1/2 tsp paprika

First in a small pan add the can of chickpeas wash and drain , then add water and
bring to boils for 5 min, and sit a side
2) Prepper the sauce, in a medium bowl mix yogurt , garlic, salt, lemon juices, tahini
and 1 cup water blend well using a whisker, taste for salt and sit a side .
3) know bring a nice casserole Place the toasted bread and spared in the bottom,
add 1 cup liquids from the chickpeas on top the toasted bread to absorb.
4) Pour all the yogurt mix on top and spread all over to cover all the surface.
5) Decorate the top with parsley, paprika, cumin.
6) heat up in a small pan the olive oil toast the nuts to light golden color then pour it
on top of mix. Serve hot.
