5 lbs Cranberries, frozen
12 ea. Oranges, zested and juiced
3 1/4 C Sugar, granulated
1 large finger, peeled and minced
1 T Ground cinnamon
1 T Ground cloves
3 1/4 C Triple Sec

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together in a non-reactive heavy bottom pot.
Cook down until reduced by half or slightly thickened.
Use stick blender or ninja to puree ingredients until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh china cap.
