1 C Espresso powder
10 C Water
3 C Corn syrup
7 T Vanilla
7 lb Dark chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve espresso powder in water. If needed, strain through a mesh china cap.
Add corn syrup and vanilla.
Chop up chocolate into small pieces and then add into hot liquid while stirring.
Stir until smooth and all the chocolate has melted.
