1 package Pepperidge Farms puff pastry
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Whipped cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray muffin tin with PAM. Cut puff pastry into 9 squares and press into muffin tin.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time, add pumpkin puree, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Spoon mixture into cups. Bake 15-20 minutes. Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
