4 cups chopped carrot
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped onion

3 Tbsp melted margarine
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
ス tsp pepper

4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In saucepan put carrot, onion, chicken stock and cook until vegetables are tender. Cool.
2. Pour saucepan ingredients into blender and blend till fine.
3. In saucepan, melt margarine, add flour, salt and pepper and let bubble.
4. Add milk and stir until heated through.

For a mellower taste, use 1 1/2 cups of diced potato in place of same amount of carrot.
