2 cups milk
1½ cups diced celery
¼ cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp margarine

3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
¾ cup milk
¼ tsp pepper

3½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In saucepan, put milk, celery, margarine and onion. Cover and simmer until onion is tender.
2. Mix flour, salt, pepper and second milk together in small bowl and stir until no lumps remain. Add to saucepan with simmering vegetables.
3. Boil it stirring frequently until it thickens.
4. Stir in last milk and continue stirring until heated through.
