2 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
¼ cup butter or hard margarine
⅔ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl put four, baking powder, salt and mix.
2. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
3. Add water and stir until ball forms. Add more water- 1 Tbsp at a time if mixture is to dry.
4. Knead 8-10 times. Let rest x 20 minutes.
5. Divide into golf sized balls and roll as thin as possible on floured surface.
6. Cooked in ungreased fry pan turning when bottom side starts to bubble and brown lightly.
7. Turn over and cook other side. About 1 minute.
8.stack on plate and cover with tea towel so they cool slowly.
