2 large eggs
¼ cup plain yogurt
¾ cup milk
¼ cup veg oil
4 cups flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in large bowl until frothy.
2. Add yogurt, milk and oil. Mix.
3. In another bowl mix, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
5. Knead x 8-10 minutes. Make into long log.
6. Cut log into 30 pieces- golf ball size.
7. Cover with damp cloth and let rise 1 hour.
8. Roll each ball into 6 inch circle on floured surface.
Put on greased cookie sheets.
9. Bake at 450’F for 3-4 minutes until puffed and browned.
