1 cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp margarine
¼ cup molasses
2 cups boiling waster
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp yeast
4 cups flour
Topping- 1 egg white mixed with 1 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put oats, margarine and molasses in large bowl.
2. Pour boiling water over oats and stir. Cool to lukewarm.
3. Add sugar, salt, 2 cups flour and yeast. Mix well.
4. Slowly add another 4 cups of flour stirring and then kneading.
5. Put into greased bowl and let rise till double.
6. Punch down. Make into 2 loaves. Let rise again until double.
7. Top each loaf with egg white and water mixture. Sprinkle top with oats.
8. Bake 350’F x 45-50 minutes.
